Welcome to another Horror Review from Mystery Bay! Today we will talk about a wonderful collaborative adventure and fantasy game with Vampire themes !!
The game takes place in the wonderful world of Dungeons & Dragons and specifically in the area of Barovia which is inspired by the legend of Count Dracula and the geography of Transylvania in Romania.
Players are asked to choose a character from the 5 available in the game: ranger, rogue, warrior, cleric and wizard. A series of missions await them: from helping someone escape the curse of vampirism to putting up with Vampire Lord Strahd von Zarovich,
who wants to bring absolute darkness to Barovia !!
Explore Ravenloft Castle, but be careful! In every corner, there are traps lurking as well as the immortal and vigilant guards who will do everything to prevent you from achieving your goal.
Defeat monsters, earn treasures, experience points and level up.
You will need every help you can get to eliminate this well-rooted evil.
With an excellent 10 we put it at 10 for many reasons:
1) Relationship between material quality and price is unique. It's hard to find something like this on the new desktops.
2) The scenarios are quite different from each other which makes it a pretty interesting game.
3) The rules are quite easy and understandable.
4) Heroes, monsters, traps, objects and tiles can be combined with any other D&D game (Legend of Drizzt, Wrath of Ashardalon, Temple of elemental evil, Dungeon of the Mad Mage).
5) Finally the game can be played by solo up to 5 people which gives it quite a lot of possibilities.
We highly recommend it and we believe you will remember us when you play it.
